Dear Seminar Organizer,

 

We are delighted to offer you our accommodation for your week-long seminar in Samara, Costa Rica. Our property is located just steps from beautiful Samara Beach, in a peaceful and relaxing setting that will be perfect for your event.

 

We have 4 comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, all equipped with comfortable king-size beds, two of which have an additional single bed, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi access and a private terrace as well as a studio that we make available for the organizers. We also have spacious common areas for your meetings, a peaceful garden for meditation and relaxation, a waterfall which is a 5-minute walk away and a swimming pool to cool off after a day's work.

 

We also offer quality cuisine, prepared with fresh and healthy ingredients to help you stay in shape during your stay. If you have special dietary needs, we can adapt to your requests.

 

We will be on hand to help you plan and organize your seminar, ensuring that everything goes off without a hitch. We can also help you organize group activities to allow you to discover the beauty of the Samara region and Costa Rica.

 

We have a group rate (10 people + 2 trainers) for your one-week stay including accommodation, food (morning and evening), access to the swimming pool and the services of our staff.

We can also offer preferential rates for the group activities that we organize.

Please note: we would like to point out that the price of transport is not included, but we can also help you plan and organize your trips to our place.
