1. Reservation and Confirmation

1.1. To book a room at the Hotel Las Estrellas de Samara, guests can use our website, our telephone number or contact our establishment directly.

1.2. All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is considered confirmed only after receipt of written confirmation from us, whether by email, SMS or other means of communication.

1.3. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at its discretion, including in the event of non-compliance with our policies or suspected inappropriate behavior.

2. Cancellation and Modification

2.1. Cancellations and reservation changes must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellation fees may apply in accordance with our current pricing policy.

2.2. In the event of early departure, additional fees may be charged.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Room rates are subject to change based on season and availability. Special rates, promotions and packages may be available. Customers are encouraged to check rates and special offers on our website.

3.2. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required no later than 30 days before the arrival date. Full payment of the reservation will be required at the time of check-in.

4. Children and Pets

4.1. Children under 10 years old are not allowed to stay at Las Estrellas de Samara.

4.2. Please contact us in advance if you wish to stay with a pet. Additional fees may apply, and certain restrictions may apply depending on the size and type of pet.

5. Arrival and Departure Time

5.1. Arrival time is from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. and departure time is until 11 a.m.

5.2. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Customer Behavior

6.1. We expect our guests to respect other guests and hotel staff by maintaining appropriate and respectful behavior.

6.2. Guests are required to respect our no-smoking policy. Additional cleaning fees will be charged for violations of this policy (the cost of 2 additional nights will be charged to compensate for the inability to re-let the room).
